These terms apply to the Cold Turtle app and the coldturtle.app website, operated by Adam Nnoli. By using Cold Turtle you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What Cold Turtle is, and isn't
Cold Turtle is a self-help tool for people who want to cut down or stop using nicotine. It is not a medical device or a medical service, and nothing in it is medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any condition. The plan, limits, savings and other figures it shows are estimates based on what you enter.
Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before changing how you use nicotine if you are pregnant, have a heart condition or another health condition, take prescription medication, or have any concerns. If you feel unwell, seek medical help.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18, and old enough to legally use nicotine products where you live.
Subscriptions
Some or all features require a paid subscription, bought through Apple's App Store. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm. If a free trial is offered, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel beforehand.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves, but contact us if something went wrong and we will help where we can.
Your licence to use the app
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Cold Turtle for your own non-commercial use. Please don't copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell it, or use it in a way that breaks the law or harms others. The app, its design, name and turtle character belong to us.
No guarantees
We work to keep Cold Turtle accurate and available, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that you will quit, that the app will be free of errors, or that it will always be available.
Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of Cold Turtle, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. If we make a significant change to the terms, we will update the date above. Continuing to use Cold Turtle means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
